1) Courier Delivery Time

We provide direct airmail service worldwide, offering Standard and Express shipping options. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code and instructions via email from service@dresssoul.com

2) Order Processing Time

General items: We typically process and ship these orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you with the best available option.

Handmade items: To ensure the quality of each handmade product and the freshness of the materials, we reserve up to 2 weeks for each artisan. Please expect up to two weeks for production and processing time before shipping.

Express orders will be prioritized for production, usually taking only 1–3 business days before shipping.

We strive to ensure that your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and satisfactory. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If this happens, we have a clear return/exchange process to assist you.

General Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return & Exchange

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at service@dresssoul.com with your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

Step 2: Ship Your Product Back

Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please return the item within 7 days following our instructions. We recommend using a tracking service for delivery confirmation, as we can only issue a refund/exchange once we receive the product.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 3: Refund/Exchange Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and proceed with a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund accordingly.

Important Notes
Before returning a product, please contact us at dressupsoul@gmail.com to initiate the return/exchange process. Direct returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
Please include "RETURN" in the subject line of your email to ensure faster processing.
Refunds and exchanges are only issued for items that meet our Return/Exchange Policy.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order.
Do not send return items to the sender’s address on the package. Contact our customer service at dressupsoul@gmail.com to obtain the correct return address.
Non-Refundable/Exchangeable Items

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you receive a defective product, we will gladly accept your return/exchange. However, the following do not qualify as quality issues:

❌ Sizing issues
❌ Change of mind
❌ Damages caused by use, washing, self-repair, or other human interventions

To be eligible for a return/exchange:
✔️ Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with original packaging and tags attached.
✔️ We cannot refund or exchange garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered.
✔️ Items sent as replacements or exchanges are non-refundable.

Additional Information

We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to customer negligence, such as:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details (e.g., wrong address, incorrect contact number, or consignee name).
Refusal to accept the package upon delivery.

Refund/Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return policy, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days at no extra cost.
You will receive an email notification once we have received your return and confirmed its eligibility for a refund.
A second email will be sent once the refund is processed. Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to arrive in your account.

If you have not received an update after 7 days, or if you have any concerns regarding your refund/exchange, please contact us at service@dresssoul.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
